This unique combination of experience provided him with a strong foundation in property valuation, contract negotiations, marketing strategy, home inspections, and repair cost analysis.

From assisting landlords with tenant-damaged properties, to helping homeowners navigate hurricane-related losses, to supporting families needing to sell quickly, Yoshiyahu has consistently delivered solutions with professionalism and care. His experience also includes working closely with investors seeking to grow and strengthen their portfolios.
